The customized logos &
wording across the top of your web browser and email program are a result of
'branding'. Branding has absolutely no effect on the functionality of the
program itself. To remove the branding logos from the title bar, follow the
instructions below. You will need to print these instructions as you will not be
able to do this with the browser window open.
1. Close all browser windows which you may have open. They will have icons such
as the EarthLink or AOL logo in the upper right corner of the window (including
this one).
2. Click on Start -> Run, in the Open field, type rundll32.exe
iedkcs32.dll,Clear (that line needs to be typed exactly as I have it here or
this will not work).
3. Click the OK. The Run window will disappear.
4. After you restart your computer, the branding logo will no longer appear in
any of your windows
